Our hospice team works to address the unique needs of each individual by creating individualized care plans for each patient. Care consists of pain and symptom management, palliative care, counseling and spiritual & emotional support. Our dedicated, specially trained hospice nurses and volunteers work to preserve each patient's dignity and focus on making each day a meaningful one.

Medina Meadows also features a one of a kind hospice & respite suite, which features a separate bedroom and bath connected to a  family suite with convertible beds, flat screen televisions, and kitchenette in a modern and completely renovated space.
